RWI Confections & Gelu Italian Ice – Sweet Treats Server
Our Sweet Treats Servers bring the fun and flavor to events across Texas. This role involves serving Gelu Italian Ice, funnel cakes, cookies, and ice cream at public events, private parties, festivals, and large venues. We’re looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy fast-paced environments, interacting with guests, and delivering great service. Prior food service experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must. Positions are seasonal, event-based, and year-round by application.
Gelu21 – Italian Ice Server (21+ / Boozy Twist)
Gelu21 Servers take our signature Italian ice to the next level by serving Italian ice with a boozy twist at adult-focused events and activations. This role is ideal for outgoing, responsible individuals who are 21+, comfortable working around alcohol, and great with guests. Servers may assist with scooped Italian ice, frozen cocktail-style offerings, and event setup and breakdown. Bartending or alcohol service experience is a plus but not required. Applications are accepted year-round for event-based opportunities.
